Drink lots of water, try doing some kind of more focused strength/cardio training (but take it easy at first) - exercise can actually make you feel LESS tired.
Try eating smaller meals, more often? I never go more than 4 hours without feeding myself something healthy (except when I sleep obviously), but never eat huge meals.
