Hello. So I've recently built a new PC from scratch, have all the parts assembled, and got to the point where I am now trying to turn it on, and not being sure why it fails to turn on every time. when power is running, the graphics card lights up, so the parts, which are brand new, work fine. however nothing else happens, the power led does nothing, and I was looking if anyone could point out what is probably very
obvious.

+1 Your images appeared to be attached to your yahoo mailbox, could you try and upload them somewhere like imgur

But an obvious first step would be to remove all the case cables identify which 2 pins are for the power switch and short them using a screwdriver which should turn things on.

What parts are you using, GPU, motherboard, CPU and RAM?

If you have a AMD 5700XT for instance, the PSU may not be powerful enough.

Could be the front panel connected wrong.

No power cables to SSD/HDD. (think you should still get into bios though)
