Something being untested should not be a reason for not accepting a return, it should be more a case of buy it, give it a go and if it doesn't work I'l give you your money back. Agree with above too - people should spend a bit of time to test it, simple......or accept a return if they don't.
I suspect as others have said, there's a big chance untested stuff has been tested and doesn't work and just trying to get some money back for nothing

Would you send them more money if it turned out the working? I don't think so. It's a gamble, take it of leave it.

I'll be keeping it mate sold my 1080 Ti for £700 didn't game that much using a 660 Ti but for £20 it was worth the risk

I've done a bench but my internet is playing up and won't upload will keep trying! got 66.5fps.

It's not the best clocker crashes at 1200mhz but it ain't the fastest card anymore so don't need to try and aim high, got it at 1160mhz on the core ( I believe 1006 is stock Boost? ) and +250 on the memory. I want it to last
