Up and running

Done it - Fired up first time and run's a treat.

I have a i5 4670K 3.4 Haswell
Gigabyte Z87 HD3 MB
Samsung 840
Patriot Viper 2x4gig DDR3 PC3 7000
Corsair CX500 M
NTZX cooler.

So like to thank Potty27 for suggesting system parts that suited my need and also my "want" - At moment case looks bare without graphic's card and might consider one in future.
next I need another HDD - I have a sata one in from my old PC but not yet plugged in - I much prefer more smaller capacity HDD rather than one big one as I suffered HDD failure once.

Finally thank everyone else for encouragement to do a build - It's been a long day downloading all Windoze updates.

Do I need to put Samsung drivers in or will windows ones do.

so when you finished it, did you just have to install windows.....update windows, and thats it you had a working pc?,,,,whats samsung magican by the way? i only ask as i got a near setup as you and be good to keep in contact incase we can help each other out, im such a noob lol

edit, by the way what monitor is that? it looks HUGE lol, bet your buzzing, i know i'd be lol how long did it take you to build. im thinking about 3 days for me lol
