Update multiple text sections in Word

I have a Microsoft Word document, where I enter quantities in multiple places. Currently, I am manually repeating these entries, typing them out each time.

What I would like is a simple popup asking me the question: What qty 1 do you want? What qty 2? etc. Then, after input, it populates the right area.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

You could move the quantities to an Excel sheet, then create multiple references to that sheet in your Word document? Then when you need to update the quantities, change the sheet, click on the references in the document, and use the "Update" command to grab the updated data.
