update on good ordered please

I (and I am sure a lot of other people) am a little perplexed about spending nearly 1.5K on a new system only to see it sit in the "warehouse queue" for nearly a week so far. A simple update on the order screen would suffice so we at least know when to expect the new machine. Please advise as I'm desperate to get my new puter :(
 
Well posted on the support forum yesterday morning and still no response. Maybe I should make a post to chase the post chasing the build :(
 
1 week seriously? I ordered this morning expecting it to be shipped at the end of the day as I booked time off to get the delivery. I would expect next day delivery as advertised like any other major company would do.

Anyway it's stuck in the warehouse queue and I am not pleased...
 
In the same boat here, ordered Monday night expecting it to be sent out Tuesday, Overclockers have always been excellent in this regard previously. Its now Wed and it would seem my order is still in the warehouse queue.

Ive posted in the customer support forum this afternoon and recieved no response. If its not sent tomorrow and/or ive recieved no feedback ill be looking into cancelling my order and getting it elsewhere.
 
I always go down to the shop when buying a complete rig (been stung before!)

Handy if you live near by but I don't have the means to get there.

Will be ringing first thing to find out what the hell is going on as it looks like I have taken time off work for nothing...
 
The longest I have had to wait for stuff to arrive from here is 2 days, most of the time they arrive next day..

Seems strange that you guys have had to wait for a week.. :confused:
 
Most ive ever had to wait was 4 days, ordered a q9550 but they were out of stock, normally receive goods 2 days after ordering, great service considering im in northern ireland.
