Windows update has just alerted me of drivers available for my Edimax EW-7728IN wireless card. And while I've always been wary of using windows update for driver downloads, its nice that it alerts me.
But, looking on the edimax site, everything there seems out of date (That driver is 2.0.3.0 and I'm on 2.3.2.0 ATM), and lookinag at the ralink site for the chipset drivers, they only list the ones I'm currently on, last updated 04/02/2009 (2860 chipset).
WU says the drivers were published on the 17th, and while I'm going to leave the button alone for the moment, any idea if its worth updating? WU does have all the specifics in the driver name.
Thanks!
