Update Raid Controller on GA-965P-DS3

I think the onboard raid controller is giving issues recently. (Just a huch). I would like to update the drivers for it but am lost to find where.

In Device Manager it is listed as "GIGABYTE GBB36X Controller" with SCSI/RAID Host Controller beneath.

Please help me find some updated ones. Thanks!

The SATA drivers are on the Gigabyte website.

These are outdated ones though. I establised the cips vendor to be JMicron Technology Corp through device manager. Navigated to the vendors site and found them. Thanks anyway...
