do i need to update bios on,B450 TOMAHAWK MAX to run an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X.

installed the ryzan 7 5800x.
how well will this work with the. Powercolor Radeon RX 6800 XT Red Devil Limited Edition 16GB PCI-Express Graphics Card
on msi b450 tommahawk max board
will my corsair 750 watt run it all?

You should be OK with that PSU. Seems to be 3080s and 3090s which need serious beans- 850W upwards to be safe.
The chip, board and GPU will work together fine, just make sure you use two separate cables from PSU to GPU, not one with a daisy-chained connector.
