Updated Bios now nothing com on screen

Hi guys as above on my gigabyte x79-ud3 will not boot after bios update! I know this bored has a back up bios but how can I do this with out any display.. All fans spinning etc.
660 Gtx Msi twins fronzer
16 GB ram
3820 cpu

All was working fine till I decided to update BIOS THROUGH @BIOS

No doing it now how long should I leave battery and is this known to work???

Clear cmos.

First thing I ever do is update the bios and touch wood never ever had any problems.

Couple of seconds to a minute or two.

Solved took battery out for a min thou it still updated the BIOS to latest verson
