Hi,
I updated the BIOS using @BIOS. I disabled Antivirus. I saved the F4e BIOS first as a backup . I downloaded the latest BIOS vF9 first and saved to hard drive. I then used @BIOS Update to flash BIOS from F4E. The update was successful/okay and said to re-boot my system.
I re-booted the system but found it won't boot.
The system comes on, the fan and lights comes on and after a few seconds switches off again. A few seconds later it switches back on by itself and keeps looping off and on!
I am currently trying to find a screwdriver to open the case so I can reset the CMOS, in case that helps it boot with the fail safe settings.
The motherboard box says this motherboard has a BIOS recovery option and a Virtual Dual BIOS however I can't find anything in the manual or online that tells you how to activate it when your system won't boot.
Help!
