Updating Android apps

You get notifications that certain apps need updated(wifi only) but you can also clear these notifs by pressing the icon on that screen, which I did. So how do I get a list of these apps needing updating again, now that I've cleared the list from the notification screen.

Just go into your apps in Google Play (go into Google Play, swipe right to open the left menu and then select My apps & games under Apps & Games).
