Updating bios and RMA is ok?

Hello there,

Just to be sure:

I am going to rma my 7900gto on Monday and I updated the bios a few weeks ago to the last official version 5.71.22.39.15. However the original one which is on a sticker in the gfx is the number 5.71.22.39.09

that is not going to affect the warranty & RMA, isn't it? ;)
