Hey so I'm trying to resolve this annoying issue I'm having with random jutters I get in audio, mouse, and video, (basically the whole screen sorta skips for a second or two randomly), and one of the things I'm going through to possibly fix it is to update the BIOS. I've checked the Memory, and its not a virus.

So I ran CPU-Z and apparently my GA-Z68A-D3-B3 BIOS version is F2 - I go to the Gigabyte website and the latest release is F8! (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3863&dl=1#bios)

I download it, and when I try and run it I get a compatibility error, saying it's not supported for Win64.

How am I meant to update my BIOS?! :O

Put the bios file on a usb flash drive and do it through the bios itself. Think it called Q flash and need to press F8.

No luck, still get the 64 bit incompatibility message..

edit: Okay, I'll try that, bit daunting though, never even flashed the BIOS the normal way!

It is weird as I just tried the latest BIOS on mine and it worked in win64, but also as you have DualBIOS you cant go wrong.
