i have a falcon 64gb ssd. i want to update the firmware on it but that means wiping the drive. is there a program i can use to copy the whole drive(as it has my OS on it) then put it back on after the update has completed? thanks

Or if using Win 7 simply use the Backup and Restore facility...

If you have a WD HDD in your system, then the WD version of ATI, for Seagate, then DiscWizard or if Maxtor then Maxblast....

Use the Built in W7 Backup and Restore utility, it will create an image of the entire drive onto another drive (creating a Windows Image folder in the root of the drive you select), you can then update the SSD firmware, then restore the Image back to the SSD,.
Make sure you make a restore CD while your in the Backup and Restore Utility!
