updating z68ap-d3(r2) uefi check id error

anyone shed any light on this one, ive tried no end of ways to update to uefi, but keep getting same issue check id error. ive made a bootable dos usb drive, but still get same msg

i have finally updated to uefi. im after some settings as im not sure what if anything needs to be changed, done the obvious ahci from ide. but anything else i should be changing.

post some screenshots usb stick and f12 for each page and ill look for you
