Currently have an LG C2 for over a year now and I've been very impressed with it so far for console gaming. I'm looking to upgrade my PC monitor from a 27" 1440p/165Hz but not sure whether to just get another IPS but in 4K or go OLED 2K?

I've been looking at the 27" LG 27GR93U, LG 27GR95QE and ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM but not sure what to do?

We'll, I would personally go OLED as it's looking to be the best choice of display for the future. I think OLED will dominate the market within a few years. I have the PG42UQ and could not go back to anything other then OLED. For future proofing, I would go PG27AQDM but in saying that the 32" OLED monitors will be out around Jan 2024. You have a strong system setup so 4K should not be an issue with most games, especially if using Fidelity FX. Are you planning on gaming with this monitor?

Can you not use the C2 or is it the 48" and to big for PC?

Thanks for the reply. The slight bit of web browsing, YouTube and then 90% of the time gaming. The C2 I have is the 42" variant and all hooked up to my PS5 and home cinema system etc. I'm leaning towards the 27GR95QE as it can be had for £709.99 and not sure the PG27AQDM is worth almost the £90 quid extra?

Could you not hook up to the C2 using DP and then use headphones? The C2 is excellent for gaming on any platform.

PC is quite the distance from the C2 unfortunately and would prefer a monitor as the only option. I've had the C2 for just over a year now and it's impressive but would like to extend that experience to my PC.
