Upgrade Advice?

HIPER TYPE-R MODULER 580WATT POWER SUPPLY UNIT.
INTEL PENTIUM D 920 2.8GHz 2x2MB CACHE 800FSB.
INTEL HEATSINK AND FAN.
ABIT AW8-MAX 3RD EYE INTEL 955X MOTHERBOARD BIOS v1.7.
ABIT SOUNDMAX HD 7.1 SOUNDCARD PCI-E.
CORSAIR XMS-2 DDR2 2x512MB 5400C4 DUAL CHANNEL KIT 675MHz.
NVIDIA GEFORCE 6200LE-128MB PCI-E GRAPHICS CARD.
MAXTOR DIAMOND MAX 10 250GB SATA-II 16MB CACHE.
SONY FLOPPY DISK DRIVE 1.44MB.
SONY DVD-RW DL DRIVE.

I'm looking to get a decent upgrade replacement for my graphics card one that i won't have problems playing new games coming soon and i have a budget of £200 MAX. What do you guys recommend to go with my setup.

I have heard that Ghost Recon takes advantage of the extra memory perhaps other games may start to use the extra memory.

Is my setup good enough?
