Upgrade advice

Hi Guys, I currently run Vista 32-bit OEM and I was looking to upgrade my motherboard, ram and CPU.

Would this be a simple case of changing them over and then booting back up with no problems (using the same Hard Drive) or will the OS make complaints about the changed hardware?

What about activation, will I still be able to activate the OS if it detects hardware change?

As your running OEM Vista this is tied to the board it was originaly installed on.
As your changing the board a new License is required.
