Hey guys. To start with, this is my current rig:
MB: 797x-Gaming 7
CPU: i7-4790k 4.00 GHZ
RAM: TeamGroup Vulcan GOLD 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel
CPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
SSD 1: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB ATA Device
SSD2: Crucial MX500 CT1000MX500SSD1(Z) 1 TB Internal SSD
Now, obviously the 1070 is alright. Not the most modern of cards, but still fairly top end. And the storage SSD is newish. But the rest is getting on a bit. I'm looking at some upgrade options. I think I'd prefer a pre-built system, but I'm fully able to build my own and pretty much every system over the last 15 years or so has been custom built.
So, I'd set a maximum budget of around £1500. But if it can be lower that's great too, especially this time of year.
Don't really need a monitor, keyboard or mouse. They're all pretty high end already.
