Hey guys. My current spec:

Ryzen 7 3700x 3.60
32 gb Ram
2070 SUPER

Just after some advice on some potential upgrade paths? or whether its even needed? am i still good?

More info needed , useage , gaming ? Resoloution

Motherboard and psu or full spec would be ideal ?

The best drop in upgrade would be a new cpu like 5800x3d which is one of the fastest gaming cpu's and at 1080p should give a,significant boost over your 3700x.

Check out reviews and comparison.

You would need to update the bios on your motherboard for the 5800x3d.

2070 Super should be fine for 1080p, you're probably CPU bottlenecked more often than GPU, depending on the game and settings. Doesn't sound like you're unhappy though?
