Currently running a watercooled Rizen 5 3600 with a 5700XT, i play on a 3440x1440 monitor, its starting to feel like it could do with a little more grunt.

I usually go for 2nd had stuff from last gen, thinking about dumping the watercooling and going for a system built around a 3080.

Mainly play eve online, far cry, beyond all reason and similar games

swap the 3600 for a 5800x3d
re: gpu, you could get the 3080, but i'd argue the 10gb vram is very limiting for future games. better off getting the 6800xt
you have MM access, so could snag one/both of the above

I do currently but tbh it seems vastly overkill given the lack of overclocking for normal use these days, have half a plan to break it down and go back to a simple air cooled cube case
Cool :p

Take a look at the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 which is one of the best performance/value cooler for £30.
