upgrade bundle

So with xmas approaching i thought id have a look to see what would need upgrading next on my pc.

Recently upgraded with
ATI Radeon HD 6870
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 650W V2 High Performance '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
and
Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case

Current processor is a AMD phenom II x4 920 processor 2.8 GHz
With 6 GB ram

Was wondering what you guys thought would be the best value for money on upgrades.

Budget would be under 400 i think.
Pc is used for gaming and photo editing.

Question tho, if i were running skyrim and bf3 would i need to overclock/ would it make it a lot better.
And i know that what uve linked is capable of overclocking however being a bit of a noob i not really comfortable tinkering about with it.
Any help appreciated
