Cpu mobo and ram for about 500, my system will be in bits for a few days is I water cool it. Should I upgrade now or wait

Can I upgrade for gaming only and should I.

Or should I buy a 4k monitor and keep my system as is.
I have:
5800x
B550m itx
32gb 3800mhz
My gpu will be 3090 fe

if you already have a 1440p high refresh rate monitor i don't even reckon you should be "upgrading" to a 4k monitor

5800x to 5800x3d is not a worth while upgrade. Or not £300 anyway
