LOL my 34" IPS is also curvedIMHO, that's marketing crap They use a curve to somewhat lessen the weaknesses of VA panels, ie viewing angles and colour/gamma shift.

I think the Curve on large wide screens is to try keep the same screen distance from you're eyes as much as possibleFair enough in the ultrawides.
But really, if it was true that "the curve corresponds to the curvature of the eye" - and it wasn't pure marketing BS (hint: it is ) - then which curve is the correct one?
