Upgrade from 8800GS

Hi,

I’m looking to upgrade my graphics card but I’m quite out of touch with hardware at the moment and I have no idea what would be a valid upgrade.

I’m not looking to get the best card on the market, I’m just looking for a bit of a power boost.

I’m currently using the 8800GS(384 MB) but i feel like its just not giving me the power I need, I’m looking for something that’s will comfortably run World of Warcraft and high settings without killing my PC
Another important feature is that I’m looking for a card that is quiet, the 8800GS that i currently have is the noisiest card I have ever owned.

If anyone could suggest some cards it would be greatly appreciated.

If oyu have a decent processor + psu id go for a 9800gt.

I have a intel quad core processor and from memory my PSU is pretty meaty

I can probably go up to about £150~

can anyone tell me which one is the most suitable? The memory on the first one is nice but from what i understand the second one is acutally faster.

Out of those two cards, I'd grab the GTX216. I've had the 512MB 4870, and chucked it due to it really struggling with AA with it's lack of vram.
