I'm looking to upgrade from an ATI 9800 Pro GFX card. I bought it about 2 1/2 years ago, and to be quite honest the range of cards available now is a bit bewildering. I paid about £170 for it then, so do i base my choice on a similar price point or can anyone recommend a card that will give an equivalent performance with the latest games (Elder Scrolls etc.)

Sorry i didn't post the rest of my spec's. I'm going to do a full system upgrade so i'll be using PCI-E - I'm still decing on the exact spec, processor wise it'll possibly be Intel dual core, but as i'm not too keen on the high CPU temperatures, i'll most lilely go down the AMD route with a reasonably priced processor that i can squeeze a bit more by overclocking. I'll spend a bit extra on a good motheroard probably an Asus.
