Upgrade from DFP GT to G27?

Hi,

I own the DFP GT and use it for PS3 games and LFS/iRacing/RACE on the PC. After seeing the new reduced price on OCS for the G27 I'm thinking of upgrading.

The main fault with the DFP GT is the pedals are to light for me. Are the G27 pedals better will I notice a big enough difference to justify the upgrade? Bear in mind I'll have to buy another wheelstand pro to go with it (Going to sell my setup to someoine at work) so its a fair lump of cash

Are there any alternative pedals I could purchase for my DFP GT instead?

DFP pedals are simple spring mech aren't they? should be able to mod the resistance of them.

I've just upgraded from a DFP (non GT) to G27, I'll let you know what I think of the improvement once I get back from work to play with them
