Upgrade GPU?

I have an I3 4130, 8 gig ram and a Gigabyte GTX670 Windforce 2 gig. Is it worth upgrading the graphics card? I just bought Just Cause 3 and it's a little sluggish. Thinking of spending around the £150 price mark.

Thanks in advance.

Just Cause 3 lists the minimum spec as an i5 - so is it possible your i3 is just not up to the job? I know it's still technically 4 cores due to it having HT but it's still not going to perform as well as a true quad core CPU.

True, I did however watch a youtube video that showed the gaming difference between an I3 and I5 was 10-15% so I thought it was not THAT much of an issue.

That is not relevant unless they tested the i3 vs i5 with your gpu or one with similar grunt and specifically with a game which is proportionate in resources to just cause

Also to be fair, the minimum spec is also a GTX670. Minimum is just having enough for playing the game, you want to be close to the recommended spec if you want to run it somewhat smoothly. So both the GPU and the CPU could be holding you back a little on this title.

I don't think £150 would get you too far to running this game better.
