upgrade help needed

hi, havent been on here in a while but its upgrade time.

i have specced the following, i already have everything else needed its just ram, gpu, mobo and cpu that needs upgrading. £250 is my budget, is there anything that i should change for better performance(i do lots of avid, photoshop work and occasional gaming)

i will be overclocking!

Looks good if you don't play the latest games. But if you do I'd advise getting a E2180 and use the spare cash towards a 3850pro 512Mb or 9600GT.

Yeah, the only thing to consider is can you stretch to better graphics card, or swap the cpu to save the money there.
