Looking to upgrade my GPU as its served me well but is getting abit long in the tooth now.

Setup is the following;

Quad 6600 @ 3.4 Ghz
8GB OCZ Gold Edition 6400
Asus P5Q Pro
8800 GTX

What would be the best card to drop in with a budget of £150?
