Morning all,
I'm a bit out of date with hardware trends as my last upgrade was four years ago, so I could use some help. I have around 50 notes for a RAM upgrade, based on budget I'm looking at an 8GB kit. The goal is to be able to play GTA V for more than 5 minutes without having to reboot.
Current spec is:
i5 2500k
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 - don't think it's a Gen 3
4GB Corsair (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)
GTX 470
I'm looking at the Kingston kits as they seem to have a good rep and price point, however I'm not sure what is compatible with my CPU & motherboard.
Any thoughts?
