Upgrade Help

I know this gets asked all the time, however I've been out the component game for many years now and hoping for some guidance on a much needed upgrade!

Current Specs:

i5 2500K @ 4.4GHz
460 GTX
ASUS P67 Pro
Corsair 620w
8gb Corsair

What can I expect for something between £400-600(max). Hopefully keep PSU, is the CPU out dated now? I only really play CSGO / Dota and the occasional GTA.

Cpu is fine so a new gpu, another 4gb of ram and a solid state drive if you havnt already got one.
