I'm looking to get this under £1000. is there any items I can swap that wont be so drastic on the performance, or can i get better performace for the same money?

I want to be able to play most games on ultra setting

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £1,034.88 (includes shipping: £0.00)

Yup, an easy few quid saved is by going for an air cooler instead of an AIO. The ancillary benefit is there's less to go wrong and you'll get similar overclocks

I have an ok cooler from my last set up i just thought you get good temps from these?

No it doesn't have to be mATX, I didn't realise that was. I was just looking for one that ran 3200 without needing overclocking

What will the announcement do to prices much?

It's depends, if they sell out of pre-order or of stock Nd have a high backlog, prices will shoot up and will be no need to desrease older cards too much etc

Is the jump from 1070 to 1070TI better than having extra ram and cpu speed?
