If you think about it the psu is a pretty important peice of kit really, as it it connected to every component in yoor pc.
As mention though the seasonic, enermax and tagan, fsp are all good. You should be fine with 500w but if you want to be more future proof you could go for 600-700. I would be looking for a modular one aswell.
