Upgrade now or end of July...

Ok, so I'm in the position to get this mobo and this cpu for £173 brand new and deliverd.

Is this a good price for these two, or should I wait will the price drops really hit and would I be able to get them for a substantial amount less on/after the 22nd?

Did ask in a previous thread in GH, but no answers.

More power for less money

Currently on a 4600+ AM2, so will flog it for as much as possible (around £100 probably...cpu+mobo), and will grab up the Intel setup for as little as possible, may well stick with getting the 63 as it'll be even cheaper, but may get a higher one...depends on money I suppose.

If your going to go low cost you might as well go E2140 or E2160.

Otherwise Id also recommend waiting for the E6550.

I aint going to go THAT low cost, euwww they aren't as fun chips

I want as much bang for my £ as possible, whilst keeping costs low, so it's the 6320 upwards for chips.
