Upgrade or Buy Another PC?

im unsure as to what to spend my money on. i had recently posted questions about an upgrade and came up with the following specs. but i dont know what to get. the upgrade or a 2nd pc. i do some avi to dvd converting. SOME gaming and general use.

yea thats what i was thinking. there is nothing worse than encoding and then wanting to do something else and having NO CPU to do it. so a 2nd pc would be useful. but if i bought a dual core rig. what would i use to make use of both cores?

well i am going for an upgrade this time arround. but will save the money i make this year and get a laptop in december with some christmas money too
