Upgrade or new system?

I have a Pentium 3 socket 775 on a ECS P4M800PRO-M2 with 2 gig of ram im using this to run Autocad 2007, Lantek Expert II & sage account software.

At times it runs ok other time it really struggles my question is are there any up grade options or do I need a new system if so please help.
 
I cant use my signature system because thats my gaming system at home the other is for using at work.
Please keep the ideas coming.

As said just stick in a quadcore Q9550 or if you dont want to spend that much a Q8400. They're socket 775 so you can just swap them out. 2GB ram is enough for CAD 2007 although if you upgrade to 2008/9 or 10 I would recoment 4GB (even though the spec recomends 2 people at work struggle with that much in later versions). GPU isn't an issue as CAD doesnt use it so onboard graphics are fine.

If you really must upgrade the system completely, something like this should be good and fairly cheap:
