and i got a fan blowing right in to the gpu's its where the hdd dock is

thanks please help me out here sorry for the english am from sweden i guess i can go and take a english class haha xD

No need to upgrade IMO.

However you may want to concider changing that PSU if you think it's going to be a problem - you don't want it taking out the rest of your rig!

Also, how on earth is your CPU so hot at stock!? What cooler are you using and is it fitted properly? Have you concidered re-applying the thermal paste?

I would suggest getting some thermal compound and reseating the cooler on there as it shouldn't be that high, if it's all ok which it should be you could buy an aftermarket cooler and overclock.

I think it's more a question of do you want a performance increase?

That CPU isn't going to be a bottleneck for anything. The only way you'll improve your framerates is by getting a new graphics setup. Two 6950's in crossfire would be great if you like a multi card setup, or a 580 as a single card. Not exactly a cheap upgrade though! I don't think anything less would be enough of an upgrade from your 460's.

well with the 90C thing that was when i did a bad overclock and my mobo burned lol and 1 of the pins on the cpu was bend so my friend fixed it but i got a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 on idle stock its 40C and graphics cards stock is 30C to 32C and the psu i read about it and its totaly new and many ppl get this so i dont think its a problem its only if you cant stand the noise then return it or live with it i think with corsair the psu's do not make the sound or they do its a matter of luck of what ive seen on forums like on 1 forum post he had coil whine changed psu and had the same problem just a little more quiet noise and i think i can get a 590 at 27th july and i dont like sli cus my mobo is not good for that
