Upgrade or not?

Hi,

While I am aware the following is all new gear & should out perform my current set up..I dont really know how much of a gain I would see for gaming (if any, as I am keeping my ATI HD 6850)

New rig..

Processor: Intel i5 2500k 3.3GHz (SandyBridge)
Mobo: MSI P67A-GD53 **B3 Revision**
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9
(possibly buy the lot as the pre-overclocked bundle inc. fan)

£301.97 new (so possibly £150ish upgrade if I can sell my current gear) or (possibly buy the lot as the pre-overclocked 4.4GHz bundle inc. fan) for £349.98


Would my money be best invested in a new graphics card?!

tried overclocking your CPU, a cooler might also help.
