Upgrade or start over?

Hi all!

Purchased my last PC parts from Overclockers many moons ago, so I'm now wondering if any parts are worth keeping or completely start afresh. I'm looking to keep WoW looking good also just purchased Player Unknown Battlegrounds so playing this at a nice setting would be appreciated!

My current system details are:

i5 2500k
ati radeon 6950 iceQ x plus edition
z68 extreme4 gen3
corsair series 3 120gb ssd
samsung 240GB ssd
166gb hyperx grey
antec 650w
antec kúhler

Looking to budget around £400, but if it's better to just completely upgrade I would be looking at a budget of £800.

I have same CPU and mobo and did have only 8gb and a 460GTX

Kept the CPU and Mobo and clocked it to 4.5Mhz stable and added another 8gb of ram and added a 6gb 1060.

That would soak up your £400 fairly well.

Monitor resolution is 2560 x 1440 and I don't have any problems playing games pretty much maxed out.
