After posting a few threads on here asking for help deciding about what hardware to go for, i finally decided what i want and ordered it.

I decided against going for an MSI board when this P8P67 pro dropped in price by a tenner.

The parts that i am upgrading from are: Q6600 G0, bog standard DDR2 RAM and a ASUS P5N-D mobo.

the other parts to my system not being upgraded are: enermax revolution 1250W PSU
2x GTX 260 in SLI
Coolermaster V8 cpu cooler

I was wondering why the prices you paid were so low but they aren't from OcUK are they?

Very nice build I have a similiar one and it is great. Unfortunately I paid much more on release!

they are from ocuk.
all prices are before vat. look at the final price

SB boards are mostly compatible with 1156 coolers so the V8 will work fine

i checked because ive only had my V8 a month
