so i've been gaming at 1080p 60hz since sandy came out and i think its time to get an upgrade this year
I have a 980ti and i was toying with the idea of 4k, but am i correct in understanding that most monitors run 4k at 30hz and most gpu's struggle to even keep the 30fps.
So i was curious what was more important, a higher refresh rate or a higher resolution? like 1080p/1200p @ 144hz or 4k @ 30hz
i see monitors at 4k @ 60hz but they seem out of my budget, can only really spend £300 without getting my ass handed to me by the mrs
