Upgrade/Replacement set up help

I'm looking to upgrade or trade-in my PC set up for something more substantial. Budgeting roughly £700, I don't know a lot about PC's so any suggestions welcome.

Current specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz

RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz

Graphics: 4096MB ATI Radeon RX 570 Series (MSI)
G246HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
C27F390 (1920x1080@59Hz)

Storage: 465GB Seagate ST3500312CS

111GB SanDisk SDSSDA120G SSD

Should be easy if you want to stay gaming at just 1080p, could push for 1440p though which is a much better experience but you need a bit more grunt for that.
