Hi

Thinking of upgrading next week and just wanted to check that this should all run ok together or if you would recommend any better components than the ones I've chose. I use it mostly for gaming and HD playback, and it'll be used with the rest of the spec in my sig. Also will my current 600w seasonic psu be enough to handle the upgrade as I'll be overclocking aswell?

I'll be wanting to sell on my old components but as I bought the pc pre-built (before I found this site unfortunately) I do not have the boxes etc that they came in. So would it just be a case of buying some anti-static bags and bubblewrap to keep them safe when selling them on?

Thanks in advance

Billy

Not if you are shipping 'em to other people, you'll definetly need them in a box :)

Yep

PC looks great, but it would be my choice in motherboard as I wouldn't pay that much. Something like the Gigabyte P35C-DS3R or the Abit IP35 (Pro if need be) would be my choice.

Oops yeh forgot to mention I would put them in a box aswell :p

As for the motherboard I will defo have a look into the ones you suggested, tbh I just chose the asus one as I have one now and it's been great. But if I can save a few quid and get the same or better performance I will. :)

Thanks

As mentioned you can get a much cheaper P35 motherboard, also you mentioned overclocking? then your want an aftermarket cpu cooler.

Some suggestions:-

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme
£43.99
£51.69 inc VAT

+
Scythe S-FLEX 1600RPM Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan
£10.99
£12.91 inc VAT

£54.98
£64.60 inc VAT

Probably the best Air Cooling solution you can get but also fairly expensive.

Noctua NH-U12F
£33.99
£39.94 inc VAT

Good beefy cooler, recommended a lot, also fairly quiet.

Theirs also a few others such as the Tuniq Tower etc.
