upgrade time £400 to spare

Hello all

I have £400 to blow on upgrade , i am looking to upgrade my Motherboard & memory from Asus A8N-SLi SE nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) to the following below

ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe ,AM2 ,nForce 590 SLI, PCIe, WiFi-AP Solo - ATX Mainboard

ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe ,AM2 ,nForce 570 SLI, PCIe - ATX Mainboard

My CPU is FX 57 which i am very happy with as i don`t play many games

Any ideas would be great

You can't use an FX-57 with an AM2 motherboard or am I reading your post wrong?

So what are you wanting to do here, just change/upgrade the motherboard.

If thats the case, you'd be wasting your money.

You havnt been very specific about what exactly you want to change or upgrade.

Maybe a bit more information would help.....

Also a jump from 939 to AM2, is not going to be a huge jump in performance. Save the money and wait for something newer.
