Upgrade Time (m/b, cpu, ram and gfx)

Guys & Girls,

Time for an upgrade as my present machine is getting sluggish.

Currently running an AMD Sammy 3800 (939), 2 gig of RAM and a 1900XTX.

Want to upgrade each of these to a level which is going to play Crysis/Age of Conan/Warhammer Online and the new WoW expansion.

Whats the best choice for me (dont wanna spend to much), budge of say £450 at the very maximum.

or a CPU cooler, like a tuniq or an arctic freezer 7 pro, depending on how much beer you wish to buy.
