upgrade time!need some advise :D

The RAM you have there is not as good as the cheap stuff (GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)). It makes a heck of a lot more sense to get the Geil.

As above 650i is old-hat now. If you don't want to overclock get an Abit IP35-E. If you do, step up to a Gigabyte GA P35C DS3R.
 
Listern to billy. He knows almost as much as me :) hehe (joke). Billy have they fixed the rebooting problems with the cheaper abit boards yet? i always tell people to get the gigabtye when going that cheap as if they dont they wont be able to overclock and they will have to put up with the stupid double booting bug. The current bios makes it only happen on clean restarts but still needless i say.
 
That would be very nice. The P35 chipset is better than 650i for a variety of reasons, one of which is its greater tolerance for having all 4 RAM slots occupied. For a non-overclocker the E6750 is an unbeatable deal.

Im considering two new GTS's in sli actually. Just feel like it lmao. Can then sell them as a package "Boost your pc to extreme speeds. Buy a sli board and two super fast cards. Built to work perfectly for double the power with two cards. Experiance extreame frames per second!" LOl. :) someone on ebay will buy it.
