i7 950 D0 (Stock)
6GB Corsair Dominator
HAF932
Corsair HX850
8800GTS-512

Looking to upgrade the Vid card, I currently run 1x24" and 1x19" monitors, the 19" will be replaced with a 23\24" 3D monitor later this year.

Undecided whether I should go with 2x570's or 1x580, what would you guys recommend for the above set up?

Regards

2 570's beat a 580. If you can afford it, go for it. However single cards are usually the best option

Always get the fastest single GPU card for your budget. That's my opinion. Can always add a second card when they are cheaper. But trading it in for the next gen single GPU card is then usually the better option anyway.

OK Cheers lads.

Just about to press buy on the MSI GeForce GTX 580 Twin FrozR II, wouldn't mind the Asus GeForce GTX 580 DirectCU II but I do plan on going SLi later this year and I think the size would make that a bit difficult. Out of interest anyone know if OCUK are getting any EVGA 580's in stock?

Regards
