Hi guys i plan to upgrade my rig a bit due to my birthday in Friday :)

at the moment i have

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 - overclocked to 4.6
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P Intel Z68
XFX 850W XXX Edition Modular '80 Plus Silver'
Antec Kúhler H2O 920 Series 4 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Kingston HyperX Genesis 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX)

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 680 WindForce 3x OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

My plan for upgrade is

Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7 - Devils Canyon Core i7 4790K CPU & Motherboard Bundle
Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX24C11T3K2/16X)

any advise? (im using my computer for gaming)

Thank you

You might not notice any performance increase changing the RAM or CPU unless you bench, certainly not for gaming. A graphics card upgrade however would be a fantastic choice if you feel you need to the extra grunt? :)

this is gift for me from my family -they like to buy Samsung U28D590 28" 4K but i think its overkill my current system for gaming

I really wouldn't bother. A 2500k at 4.6Ghz is still more than enough for gaming. At a push maybe a new gpu if you really want to upgrade something.

so maby i can get this card?

Sapphire Radeon R9 290X Vapor-X OC 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **OcUK WorldWide Exclusive**

the only thing id upgrade is the Graphics card (GPU), especially if it's a gaming rig! processor and ram or anything else is not nearly as important as the GPU, also 4k monitors are very demanding on gpu's currently, there's not a single card solution that will work in a satisfactory manner at 4k, if you are getting a new monitor id advise perhaps upgrading to a 1440p monitor, as for graphics cards either a 290/x or a 780/Ti would be a good upgrade

1080p so my question is

Sapphire Radeon R9 290X Vapor-X OC 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **OcUK WorldWide Exclusive**

or something else for my rig

I would just go for a regular 290 with custom cooler which offers better fps/£ than a 290X, seems pretty daft to waste money on an 8GB graphics card which will never be able to make use of all the memory in the first place as well.

That card isn't worth the money, considering you can (nearly) get 290(non-X) Xfire for the same money... That would give you +70%-80% performance over a single 290X (even that one).

Personally I don't see any issue with your current rig.

A 290 would only be a small improvement.
